Mai Fest 2025 is less than two months away!

Blue Island becomes a faven for street festival lovers, shoppers looking for handmade items and lovers of art and community the day before Mother's Day again this year! Join us May 10, 2025 at Olde Western & Broadway from 12pm to 5pm for the return of the Blue Island Mai Fest!

This years event is expected to be bigger and better than previous years wtih more art, more music, more activities, more food items and more great Spring vibes! The Streetz Artz Alliance works with the Blue Island Arts Alliance to bring this event to life.

Reminder to patrons and artists, this is an outdoor, rain or shine event. All artists are required to have their own 10x10 tent and 40lbs or more per leg for safety reasons. All tables and chairs are provided by the artists.


Parking has been improved since last year for patrons with a shuttle available from nearby city owned parking lot to the event. More information to be posted about that later.


In the meantime, please mark your calendar with the date for this and plan to attend. Will will post more information as we get closer. And also share the event page and branding with all to help us share.


If you are interested in becoming a sponsor, you can sign up and pay online via the following link: Sponsor Link. Sponsorship levels are $100, $300 and $500. Artists looking to do this event, note the fee for artists is $50.00 per space. Also, artists do not need to pay until they are approved for the show.
